Brenden and Erica Cavasos-FloodStephanie helped my husband and me find our dream home. We were unsure if home-buying was within our means, and our expectations were low house-wise. Stephanie was able to guide us through different programs that allowed us to find a beautiful newly built home we were able to afford. During the final walkthrough, Stephanie walked around with a keen eye and found flaws for the builder to fix. She got firm with the builders so we didn’t have to. We have the home we never thought was within our grasp thanks to her.
